Registration and Payment

Registration fees to Polycondensation 2024 include participation in :

        * The conference at Hotel Mercure Lyon Centre Charpennes

        * The welcome reception during the poster session (monday evening)

        * Refreshments during the coffee breaks

        * Lunches ( monday, tuesday and wednesday)

        * The social event (Grand Hôtel-Dieu guided tour) just before the gala dinner, on tuesday evening.

        * The gala dinner which will be held at Grand Réfectoire du Grand Hôtel Dieu

        * Some public transportation tickets (given at your arrival)

Extra gala dinner tickets (on Tuesday evening) can also be purchased on the registration page, for 100 € / additional person.

Accompanying person fee include the participation at the gala dinner and will give the opportunity to discover Lyon with an english-speaking guide, through two tours ( one monday and one tuesday).

Up to 15th August 2024     50% refunding excluding the 100  euros of processing fee

From  15th August 2024    no refund will be possible
